My recent visit to the hotel was for a relaxing getaway near Bilbao. I found the surroundings inviting, and the staff's friendliness greatly contributed to my pleasant stay. While everything met my expectations, I was particularly impressed by the comfort offered by the air conditioning in my spacious room, which made a significant difference during my stay. The tranquil garden area provided a lovely backdrop for unwinding. I left with a sense of great satisfaction and gratitude towards the hotel for providing such a comforting experience.
